The programme focuses on enhancing leadership skills, innovation and entrepreneurial thinking and is two years long.
The core curriculum delivers a strong management foundation and encourages classroom discussion, collaboration and peer interactions. The Center for Executive Development offers programs in a non-degree format in the areas of open-enrollment, leadership assessment, and customised programmes.

- Entrepreneur Development
The Center for Leadership Assessment provides opportunities for leadership candidates to perform under pressure and assess their decision-making skills, tactical and operating skills and ability to collaborate and work across an organisation. The center provides a structured leadership-assessment experience that allows executives to receive valuable feedback through simulations, personality and aptitude assessments and structured exercises.
